We manufacture EPS block in accordance to EN13163

Manufacturing in Scotland, we’ve invested £500k in the latest energy efficient block moulding machine increasing our block and sheet output by 450%.

An integrated recycling unit processes customer waste, production scrap and offcuts.

Our polystyrene block is available in a standard full block size of 2000 x 1200 x 1000mm and in  the various pre cut sizes you see below.

We can cut our blocks down to your exact dimensions for an extra cost.
